the shadow proves the sunshine.

life's a funny thing. one day, it couldn't be any better, and the next, it's like an all time low. they say all you need is love, but love is what ends up hurting the most. people promise they'll always be there, and then they walk out, just like that. happiness comes and goes, and the shadow proves the sunshine.
